++ Music meeting 2011 - Volkskrant /15 juni/ Ton Maas & Frank van herk : ' Het optreden van de Braziliaanse zangeres Ceumar was een van de geslaagde samenwerkingsverbanden waaraan de Music Meeting zijn reputatie dankt. Haar spel op gitaar en pandeiro werd uitvergroot en aangevuld door drie Nederlandse strijkers, in spontaan ontwikkelde arrangementen, bezield door violiste Tessa Zoutendijk. De langzame stukken kregen romantische decors, de snellere extra ritmische pit, en stem en snaren improviseerden zelfs ter plekke mooie, nieuwe kleurencombinaties. Zelden zal een gelegenheidsformatie zo organisch hebben geklonken.' ++

Different Projects

Right now I am working on different projects in Amsterdam: the promotion of my new solo cd, recordings and shows with a wonderfull jazztrio from Amsterdam with Mike Del Ferro (piano), Olaf Keus (drums) & Frans van der Hoeven (bass). Besides this jazztrio I also play with the Krasz Collective (strings) and with the African group Kokoura with my dear friend Moussé Drame from Senegal, Patrick Kuschel and Ben Mendes.
